BBODIED one-on-one private sessions provide you with the opportunity to work on solely your fitness goals, along side a coach who will make your goals, their own!
We offer your choice between a 30 or 60 minute session. We mix it up with a cardio warm up to start, followed by bootcamp/kickboxing workout and conditioning. We go at your pace and encourage your journey throughout!
